Therefore, we are yet again looking for jobs. However, we are looking outside of TN as well as in TN. Frankly, my personal move to TN has been the opposite of financially rewarding. And my MS progression over the years (I can see it now that I "look back") did not help me stay gainfully employed. Living here has been fun, I met a few new friends, found "my love" and adopted my 2 Bichons. However, we are ready for a change and that may involve a move...depending on where God will send us in this search for a new job. We haven't told anyone we are extending our search outside TN or the states in which we are looking.
We discussed the idea of moving even before we married, as some of you may have read in the past. Well, it's time or it isn't...God will decide by the jobs that may or may not be offered. We feel we are emotionally being pulled in directions outside the state of TN and I hope the need to find a better job may be the deciding factor for us. So for the few local friends who may read this blog, we may be moving, we may not, only 1 man knows for sure and we are hoping he will bless us with a great job opportunity no matter what our physical address may be.

On a side note: It amazes me what Stress does to me physically. I just found out about this recent news 6 hours ago and since then, my blood pressure has spiked, I had an anxiety attack, my legs are spasming/painful and I have a migraine. Stress and MS Do Not Mix.
On a positive note: I have the girls below to keep me company and provide unconditional love and support!

I'm sorry this is happening to you guys. I hope that hubby's job can be saved until you find something and somewhere else to be. :)
I know if I thought I was going to lose my job I would freak out royally.
Praying for you and the hubs. I don't even think it's a matter of "stress and MS" don't mix; I think it's stress. Period.
It's always best to start a job search when you still have a job. Best wishes!
Peace,
Kelley
Hi Lanette! I'm so sorry to hear about this stress. I know that it's been hard on you struggling with the decision "to move or not to move" I hope that your adorable puppies continue to make you smile.
Feel free to chat with us on Friday if you need to talk. If you send me your e-mail address I'll send a reminder on Friday.
It's funny how doctors will tell us not to get stressed. I want to laugh at them every time I hear that because who sets out to get stressed? I mean really? If we had no stress we wouldn't really be living our lives. I hope things work out for you and your husband.
Hey Lanette,
I'm sure everything will work out, and I agree, stress is a killer. For me, I can feel my right eye start to go dark when I get stressed, not fun.
Andy
I am so sorry you are experiencing all this stress. I hope things get better soon for you. I haven't been to visit your blog in some time. I love the visual you have as your header.
Hang in there. God will lead you in the right direction if you keep asking for His guidance. It's a struggle for so many people right now. You are not alone.
I am so sorry you and your hubs are going through this. You are so right about how stress affects our MS. You need to be as careful as you can. It would be impossible for any of us to say not to worry. Because in times like this you have to worry. Just take time to relax if you can. Take a nap, go for a walk, drink some tea, yoga, etc. Most of all something I have always found is that I stress and worry about things to the point my MS starts flaring its head. And in the end everything works out fine. Hang in there!
