Sugar Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Pie


Hi Everyone! I made this the other day and it was amazing. Recipe Below!

Ingredients:

1 cup Peanut Butter
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust
1 large (16oz I think) package of Sugar Free Chocolate Jello Pudding - For Stovetop Cooking - Not Instant
3 Cups of Milk
Whipped Cream (optional)

Cook the Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding on the Stovetop (if you want to reduce Fat - use Fat Free Milk) I used Lactaid Fat Free and it turned out just fine.

Soften/Melt 1-1.5 cups of Peanut Butter in Microwave (1-1.5 minutes)

Pour the softened/melted Peanut Butter into the pie crust - spread around with a spoon to even out. This will give you a thin layer of Peanut Butter. Then pour the Chocolate Pudding on top of the Peanut Butter and fill the crust.

Put the Pie uncovered into the Refrigerator for 6 hours (If you'd like to cover it after it sets and has a "skin" on it go ahead).

Slice, Top with Whipped Cream and Serve Cold! YUM

This is a quick and easy recipe and is so good!

Sounds good BUT I would cover ASAP - skin on pudding is nasty! LOL
